WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY H&L PACKAGE?

Knowing what is included, and what isn’t, when purchasing a House & Land package is essential to ensure there are no hidden costs or surprises.

When searching for a House & Land package I found numerous companies were offering ‘all-inclusive’ packages, however, not everyone had the same definition of ‘all-inclusive’. Some companies included landscaping while others didn’t, some included heat pumps and others left that out of the advertised price. I found that Classic Builders advertised price included everything, it was ‘move-in ready’!

Below is what’s included in a Classic Builders House & Land package;

House Design; The plans outline the layout, size, and specifications of the house so I knew exactly what I was getting inside and outside my house and it had been consented by council.

Land; The package includes both, the build and the land. The land is pre-allocated with the house designed to maximise the site to its full potential taking into account; the sun, services and any potential slope.

Fixtures & Fittings; a full list of all the fixtures and fittings, broken down by room was provided including colours, heatpump and appliance specifics.

Landscaping; Each development has its own design requirements, the landscaping including fencing, planting etc is included in the price.

Utilities; Connections to essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage systems are included in the price ensuring the home is ready for occupancy.

Council Consent; the price of the council consent was included in the turnkey price.

Classic Builders House & Land packages are ‘move-in ready’ and include everything you need and expect in a home. It is important to ensure you are comparing like for like between building companies when looking at your options. If you have any questions, ask your local Building Consultant and they will be happy to answer, no question is a silly question and remember if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
