Understand the agreed scope

As the design develops, review the plans, specification and price together. Check inclusions, exclusions, allowances and the payment schedule.

Have your solicitor review the contract and your lender confirm its requirements. Agree who coordinates the relevant approvals and what must happen before work starts.

Colour brings your choices together

This is where finishes and details help the home feel like yours. Look at related selections together and keep your priorities and budget close.

Build is where the plans take shape

Confirm who will keep you updated, how progress is communicated and how site visits are arranged safely. Ask which milestones are estimates and how changes to the programme are handled.
