The first crucial step is getting our boots on the ground and reviewing everything there is to know about your site. We look at the land itself and explore plan options within the site, an important step that will help us produce an optimised and scaled plan.
One of our Building Consultants will be there to guide you throughout the process, from start to finish. When you meet with them, they’ll ask you a few questions, to get an understanding of what it is you want in your home. Once you’ve got the vision, we’ll work with you to get all your ideas down, and into your final building plans. After the planning is done, our team of trades will take care of the rest.
Your Plan or Ours
You are in the driving seat and our team will customise any of our plans to suit your specifications. You also have the option to start from scratch, or if you have building plans already done up, we can work with those - it’s completely up to you!
