Pay a holding deposit to take it off the market while your contract is prepared.
5. Sign your contract & personalise (if applicable)
We’ll walk you through the details, confirm your payment structure (turnkey or progress), and lock in your colours and any upgrades if your home is still in planning.
6. The build begins
You’ll get updates and site invites at key stages, so you can see your home take shape.
7. Final checks & settlement
Once your build’s complete, we’ll walk you through it, sort final payments, and get you set for handover.
