Having previously built a home with a different company, what struck us most as being different this time was just how much Classic Builders kept us involved in the process. Whether it was helping us to pick out the various colours, fixtures and other features, or providing frank advice on potential addition, or just the regular updates on progress, we felt far more connected to the build process. The documentation package given to us upon settlement was also far more comprehensive, and included electronic versions of everything (including instructions and warranties for all the myriad components of the build).

Built 2 homes with Classic Builders Wgtn. Although I initially had lots of questions, the sales process was really supportive and informative...nothing was in the too hard basket (thankfully).
During the builds I had many on-site catch ups with the construction managers and occasionally with the builders, they all knew their stuff, were professional, polite and informative. The build quality is amazing, a number of our friends have commented just how good the quality is.
Although we built through winter, the second house was finished a month ahead of schedule!! This is a reflection of a well oiled machine supported by really good processes and tradies.
The Classic Builders team, particularly Brad, Teresa, Mark and Michelle were awesome, hard to believe we've gone from wet clay to 2 awesome homes, thanks again team!

We went through Classic Builders to build a new place in Churton Park. Brad and Teresa were amazing across the whole process - making sure we had all the information available to make important decisions and offering suggestions and advice when we weren't sure.

For what could have been an extremely stressful time in our lives, the team at Classic really made it enjoyable - putting us into our brand new family home prior to the expected timeline - would recommend to anyone.

We were evaluating 2 separate builders and what tipped us towards Classic was how accomodating and flexible they worked with us through the design and contract process. Building a home isn't for the faint hearted, there is a lot that could go wrong but we were glad Classic was our partner, we moved into a house that was just how we had imagined, on time and on budget. If we build again, it would be with Classic Builders.
