MEET MEGAN & KERRY
Megan and Kerry chose to build on their rural property to create a space that could support the next generation of their family. With both of their sons married and needing accommodation on the farm, Megan and Kerry decided to build. Why They Chose Classic

The Build Experience
They knew early on that communication would be key, and they appreciated how aligned they felt with the Classic team. “We were all on the same page… We had the same expectations for our outcome.”
Clear processes helped keep things running smoothly and stress-free. “Before the build started every fine detail was covered. So when we started building, I don't think there was one thing the builders said to us, hey, can you sort this out tomorrow? We need a decision on this tomorrow. This is all with the planning and the procedures they have.”
And when it came to their rural location? “Rural was no different to anywhere else. It's just a venue isn’t it? Or a location… I don't believe that anybody had any hassles whatsoever.”

Throughout the build, they appreciated how Classic’s approach helped remove stress and provide certainty at every stage. “For the likes of Classic, everything is step by step precision and accuracy. It takes so much stress off your hands. You know exactly what you're dealing with.”
They found the planning process gave them clarity, while still allowing space to work within their budget. “But I just like the clarity of all the procedures… You didn't get hit with surprises during a build, because you know it's all been set up and planned for. I mean, you do have flexibility within those costs anyway to work with a budget.”
Their Advice
Looking back, Megan and Kerry agree that the clear communication and smart systems made all the difference. “Clear communication, clear planning. You can’t beat it. It makes for an easy life.”
